How do I sign-up for *here's the deal?
We make it simple to save and shop deals. Click on "Sign-up" at the top of the page to create your *here's the deal account. It's free. Creating a registered account allows you to have a username and password where you can purchase a deal, print your deals, view your past purchases & mark off the deals that have been redeemed. When you register, you will also receive the daily deal email. By providing your email, you agree to receive the daily deal email from *here's the deal. Your email will not be shared with any third party. You can opt-out of the daily email and still have a registered account to purchase deals through heresthedealIA.com.

What are the benefits of registering for *here's the deal?
Benefits include: accessing all of your deal purchases, marking them as redeemed, saving a credit or debit card to your account and adding any promotional credits to your account for a future purchase.

How do I get the daily e-mail?
At the bottom of our website type your email address where it says "Subscribe to our mailing list" and click on the "Subscribe" button.You can also opt-in to receive the daily deal email when you register with *here's the deal by creating an account.

Will my email be shared with any third-party?
We will never provide your email address to any third-party or business that runs a deal. You will only receive emails from businesses that you opt-in to. During the check-out process for each deal that you purchase, you have the option to opt-in (share) your email with that particular business to receive future communications via email from that business. Only the email addresses of those that select to receive those emails will be shared with the merchant. We respect your privacy.

How it Works

Buy a deal.
To see a deal, click on "View Deal" to view the details of the deal prior to purchasing. Then click on "Add to Cart" by the deal you wish to purchase before the deal ends and follow the check-out process. You must fill out your billing and shipping information, put in your credit/debit card and "complete order" for the deal to be purchased. You will receive an order confirmation email. You can also view your purchased deals in your account by logging in and clicking on "My Deals."

How will the order appear on my credit/debit card?
"lms*nimblecommerce" will appear on your statement.

I added the deal to my cart but it is no longer showing up.
A couple other things to note: 1) make sure your cookies are enabled to complete the check-out process. 2) Make sure the deal is still available. Once a deal is sold-out, or over, you are unable to purchase that deal.

I was logged in and now during the checkout process it asks for my password.
If you are logged-in to your account, you will be kicked-out within 10 minutes and asked to re-enter your password to continue. This is for security reasons. If you log-in and forget to log-out on a public or shared computer people will not be able to access your account. You now have the option to save a debit or credit card to your account and this ensures that your account is secure.

When can I use what I purchase from here's the deal?
After a deal is purchased, you will receive your voucher via email that day. The start date for redemption is printed on your voucher unless otherwise specificied. Some restrictions do apply for certain services (i.e. schedule an appointment) so please read all restrictions.

Deal Vouchers.
Once you purchase a deal, it comes in the form of a deal voucher(s). Some deals arrive as more than one voucher and that will be stated prior to making a purchase. Your deal voucher is needed when you go to redeem your deal at a business. The deal lists both the Total Value (promotional value, no cost to you) and the Paid Price (amount you paid). Your deal voucher will list the fine print for each deal, please read carefully prior to redeeming the deal. When your deal is redeemed, the merchant will check the Voucher Card ID and mark it off as redeemed in their preferred process.

How do I mark my deal as redeemed?
Some merchants will track the redeemed deals via the online redemption tool. If they do this, your deal will show up as redeemed in your account under "Redeemed Deals" under "My Deals." However, not all businesses will choose to track the redeemed deals this way. You can mark your deal off as redeemed by logging-in to your *here's the deal account, click on "My Deals," select "View Order Details" and click on "Mark as Redeem" under that particular deal. This will mark your deal as redeemed to help you track what deals you still have left to redeem. Once it is marked as redeemed, you cannot print or use this voucher.

How do I know if my deal has been redeemed?
If the merchant or you redeemed the deal by using our online redemption tool, you will see the deal marked as redeemed in your account. You can view what deals have been redeemed by logging-in to your account, clicking on "My Deals" and selecting "redeemed" from the drop down menu. This will show all the deals that have been redeemed using the online redemption tool. If the deal does not show up as redeemed it but you used it, mark it as redeemed. If you are unsure which certificate you used, check with the business. Some businesses have their own method of tracking redeemed deals that will not show up in your account.



How do I use my *here's the deal voucher?
Once you have finalized your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to your voucher(s). This email comes the day you purchase a deal. The email sender is heresthedeal@nimbledeals.com. The voucher will also appear in your account. Every deal has its own redemption details. Follow the instructions and use at your convenience. To receive the full promotional value, redeem the deal prior to the designated promotional value expiration date. The paid value of the voucher expires 5 years from the date of purchase.

I deleted my order confirmation email. How do I get the deals I purchased?
You can access all the deals you have purchased by logging-in to your account and clicking on "My Deals." Here you can access all of the deals you have purchased.



How do I reprint my *here's the deal voucher?
If you are unable to print your voucher at time of purchase or misplaced it, you can reprint your voucher. Log-in to your account, click on "My Deals." This will show all of your purchases on *here's the deal. Click on "Print," this will open a new window showing a preview of your deal voucher. Print voucher. Please note, you can only use your voucher one time. Do not attempt to redeem your deal more than once.

I'm having trouble printing my voucher.
If you should experience an issue printing your voucher, follow this step to download a pdf. In the print preview window (see above), there is a message that says "Having trouble printing? Click here to download a pdf." Click on that link to print a pdf of your voucher.

Can I buy more than one deal at a time?
Yes, as long as the merchant allows multiple purchases. The rules of purchase will be posted on the deal. Many merchants allow multiple buys but some will be restricted to one per customer.

Can I buy *here's the deal as a gift?
Yes. When purchasing a deal there will a gift icon that says "Gift this Deal." Type the quantity you wish to purchase under the appropriate box. You must put that recipient's name on the voucher during the checkout process.

Can I make multiple copies of the voucher?
No. Each voucher will have a unique tracking code. You may only use your voucher one time. The merchant has a fixed list of card codes they are expecting and will verify if the code is valid. You risk prosecution if you attempt to redeem a card more than once or a card with a false code.

Can I use a single here's the deal voucher on multiple visits to the merchant?
No. A single *here's the deal voucher is good for one visit only. You will never be given store credit or change back on a voucher for use on a subsequent visit. This information is in the Fine Print that is visible prior to making a deal purchase.

Promotions & Incentives

How do I get my deal for free?
When you buy *here's the deal you will receive a unique URL to share with your friends. When 3 of your friends use that unique URL to buy that day's deal, you will receive your deal for free! To receive an incentive refund, three people with a different account, credit card and different billing address than you must purchase that same deal. This URL can be shared via email, Twitter or Facebook. You will receive an email within 24 hours stating your incentive refund. Your incentive refund will be on the card you used to purchase that deal. Refund only applies to one voucher per deal.  If you refer 3 friends but they check out as a guest or do not purchase the deal through your unique link, the referrals will not be tracked and you will not receive an incentive refund.

How do I refer friends to *here's the deal?
You must be logged-in to your account to refer a friend to our deal program. There are several ways to refer a friend(s) via Facebook, Twitter or email. You will also receive a unique link to share with friends to sign-up. The referral is tracked through that link so your friend(s) must sign-up and buy through that link before the deal expires. You will receive an email stating your credit when your friend completes the referral process. If you refer a friend to our program that signs up and buys a deal but they check out as a guest or do not purchase using your unique link, you will not receive your credit.

I have a promotion code, how do I add it to my account?
You must have registered for an account on *here's the deal. Once you are logged-in, click on "redeem credit." This will take you to a credits page. Enter your promotional code and submit. Your credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase. Also, note that the promotional codes are case sensitive. Type it in exactly how it is presented. Once the credit is added to your account, you will see the credit amount on the header and also under your credit page (click on "My Deals"). Be sure to check the expiration date as deal credits' expiration dates vary.

How do I redeem my credits?
Once your credits are added to your account, you can use them on any future deal during the validation period. Each promotion code has a specified expiration date, once it is expired it can no longer be redeemed. When you are ready to make a purchase using your credit, you follow the same check out process. You still add your credit or debit card information. On the secure check-out page, you will see the amount of credits applied to your account. If the credits are equal to the price of the deal, you will not be charged. If the credits are less than the price of the deal, you will be charged for the difference. Once the credits have been redeemed, it will be marked as such in your account ("My Deals").

I purchased a deal and forgot to add my credit.
To use a deal credit on your purchase, you must add it to your account prior to making the purchase.

I had a deal credit and it expired. Can I get it back?
Unfortunately, if your deal credit expired, they will not be reissued. With all promotions for deal credits, the expiration date is specified upfront.

Expiration Dates

Do the vouchers expire?
Each deal has a promotional period and the expiration date is dependent on that particular deal. All of the details on restrictions and expiration dates will be posted on the deal and printed on the voucher. The expiration date printed on your voucher is the expiration date for the promotional value of the voucher. The paid portion (equal to the amount charged on your credit/debit card) is valid for 5 years from purchase date.

What happens if my deal expires?
While we hope that you use your deal during the specified validation period all is not lost if you are unable to use your deal. Each voucher is made up of a paid portion (the amount paid and charged) and the promotional portion provided by the merchant. Once a deal reaches its specified expiration date you lose the overall promotional value of the voucher, but you can redeem it at the business for the price that you paid for up to five years from the purchase date. If you are unable to redeem the deal during its validation period, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds.
If you are unsatisfied with your deal purchase, *here's the deal will provide a refund of the purchase price paid by you for that deal within 5 days of purchase date, provided that the deal has not yet been redeemed. A refund will be issued for the purchased price of the deal if a business should go out of business and the deal has not expired. Refunds shall be provided where, and to the extent, required by applicable law.

I signed up for *here's the deal but I'm not getting my e-mails.
Please check your "junk" or "spam" folders. If you are not receiving e-mails be sure to sourcemedia@nimbledeals.com to your contacts to ensure the e-mail is sent to your inbox rather than your "junk" or "spam" folders. You should have received an activation e-mail right after you registered for *here's the deal. This link allows us to verify your e-mail and make sure you will receive the daily deals in your inbox.

I don't remember my password.
To reset your password, select Login at the top of the page. Under "Log in to you rAccount" there is a link for "Forgot your password?" select this link and enter your email address. Follow the steps outlined in that email. The email comes from sourcemedia@nimbledeals.com. Please check your spam or junk file if you do not receive it in your inbox. By following the link in the email, you will create a new password and "save" it. Once saved, you will automatically be logged-in.

I reset my password, how do I buy a deal?
You will receive a link via your registered email to reset your password. When you enter your password and click on "save" you will automatically be logged-in. This will take you to "My Account" page. You do not need to update anything on your account unless you choose to. You can start shopping by selecting the deal category or deal you wish to purchase.

Your cookies must be turned on to use this site.
If you can successfully register and log in, but when you make a pick a prompt asks you to "log in or register to play" then the issue could be that you don't have your "cookies" enabled. This site requires cookies to store user information. Check your web browser settings to make sure cookies are enabled. The location of these settings varies depending on your browser version. Click on "Help" in the footer for more information on how to enable your cookies.
